1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bxpech," "we," "us," "our" refers to the company operating the bxpech gaming platform at bxpech.com, duly licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the bxpech website accessible at bxpech.com, including all casino games, sportsbook, live dealer services, payment interfaces, and account management tools.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from verified payment methods and held in the Player's Account for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by bxpech subject to wagering requirements, which cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary currency of the bxpech Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required by bxpech before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or bxpech's internal compliance policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the bxpech Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. Acceptance is recorded electronically at the point of registration when you tick the acceptance checkbox. bxpech reserves the right to rely on that electronic acceptance as a legally binding acknowledgement of these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the bxpech Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict and only for the duration of that promotion.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an Account, and if you already hold an Account, you must cease using the Platform and contact bxpech support to request account closure.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The bxpech Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is a condition of bxpech's operating licence and is non-negotiable. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. bxpech cooperates fully with authorities in any investigation arising from underage gaming.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a valid bxpech Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a human individual — corporate or automated registrations are prohibited;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number;
• Not currently hold another active bxpech Account;
• Not be a current or former employee of bxpech or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member thereof;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate and kept up to date. bxpech may suspend or close an Account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. Any winnings generated from an Account registered with false information may be voided.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain only one bxpech Account. bxpech employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts based on CNIC numbers, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method identifiers. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all but the earliest registered Account will be suspended. Any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bxpech Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. bxpech will never contact you via unsolicited communication asking for your password. You must notify bxpech support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bxpech recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available from the Account security settings. All login activity, including the device type, IP address, and timestamp, is logged and available for review from your Account dashboard.

bxpech accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that bxpech has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

5. KYC Verification

bxpech is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. The KYC verification process requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your current residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account dashboard showing your name and mobile number).

bxpech will endeavour to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification and will not be declined solely on the basis of an incomplete KYC submission unless fraud is suspected.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

bxpech accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the bxpech cashier at the time of transaction. bxpech does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. bxpech does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers from financial institutions outside Pakistan without prior written approval.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the bxpech cashier, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Real Money Balance;
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be satisfied before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn;
• The requested withdrawal method must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value.

Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers via Raast, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one Pakistani business day. bxpech reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 500,000 per transaction, which may extend processing times by up to three business days.

6.3 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 500, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. bxpech will send email notifications to the registered address before applying any inactivity fees.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bxpech offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all bxpech promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited;
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion terms; wagering on excluded games does not count toward wagering requirements;
• bxpech reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Players who have self-excluded or are on a cooling-off period are not eligible to participate in any promotion during that period;
• bxpech reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Casino Games

All casino games on the bxpech Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. bxpech's acceptance of a wager does not guarantee the processing of that wager in the event of a technical malfunction. In the event of a malfunction, the affected round is void and stakes are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

8.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed on the bxpech sportsbook, including PSL matches, PCB internationals, and other cricket events, are governed by the bxpech Sportsbook Rules accessible from the sportsbook section of the Platform. Key provisions include:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed;
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays of up to three seconds to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast feeds;
• Bets voided due to match abandonment or postponement will have stakes returned unless the match is replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time;
• bxpech reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors have occurred.

8.3 Maximum Winnings

bxpech applies maximum single-session winnings limits which are displayed in the cashier and vary by game category. These limits exist to protect the integrity of bxpech's gaming operations and are applied per calendar day.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bxpech Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Collusion with other Players or employees of bxpech;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Providing false, stolen, or fraudulent identity or payment documents during KYC verification;
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund a bxpech Account (money laundering);
• Any conduct intended to defraud bxpech, its payment partners, or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or proxy service to disguise the true access location.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bxpech Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, and databases — is the exclusive property of bxpech or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any bxpech Platform content without express prior written permission from bxpech. The bxpech name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered trademarks of bxpech and may not be used without written authorisation.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bxpech collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support purposes.

bxpech will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and stored on secured servers.

12. Responsible Gaming

bxpech is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The following tools are available free of charge to all verified Account holders via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that can be set or reduced instantly and increased subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration alerts that notify the Player and optionally log them out after a specified period;
• Reality Checks: On-screen overlays displaying session duration and net wagering activity at regular intervals;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods ranging from 72 hours to permanent closure, which take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Account Cooling-Off: Short-term restrictions on deposits and betting activity without full self-exclusion.

Players who are experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to visit the bxpech Responsible Gaming page, which contains detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and links to support organisations. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a minor accessing the Platform, contact support immediately for assistance with device-level blocking.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bxpech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if bxpech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bxpech's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bxpech's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." bxpech does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable, and bets placed immediately before a maintenance window will be honoured upon restoration of service.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bxpech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and via an in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendments. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed under the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was submitted.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bxpech holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bxpech support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process prescribed by bxpech's licensing authority. bxpech's decision on all gaming disputes — including bet settlement and bonus eligibility — is final and binding, subject only to appeal through the applicable regulatory process.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions. Players who registered before this date are bound by these updated Terms from the effective date indicated above.
